The reality is that I am still unsure I can keep the commitment to actually write in it. Give it the attention my commitment promises. I think that I really do like the ease of just writing the day to day I really do want to share with my close friends that I just don't talk to enough. Truth be told, I actually am that friend that wants to talk every stinkin' day about the absolute drivel of my day to day and would bore the hell out each of you till you would no longer accept my calls. (thank you cell phones and caller ID...for giving us control in who interrupts our day)
I want to share why the blog is called "Well!..." and why it is special to me. It is Jack Benny's tag line before the "pregnant pauses" he was so famous for. Unlike me, Jack Benny could say anything with silence. His "Well!..." and turning to audience with his hand on his elbow and the other on just touching his cheek...well, it makes you pee your pants. Just the best. I seem to need 10 words for 2. But, that's me. At least I talk. So, anyway, I digress...he he...the title is my way of honoring the late great Jack Benny. For those of you who do not know his comedy workings..."Well!..." take a look online at some clips or set your tivos. I have DVDs but, not quite willing to part with them just yet. It's like Comedy Porn to me! I have my secret old comedy stash!
I'll still put up pics of what is going and I am really committing to this since I have not been sharing my pics well this year. I am self admonishing for that. This may be an easier format for quick daily thingies.
